This is one of Slafco's (Robert P. Schlaefli) planes at an airshow in Fairbanks, Alaska. I don't yet know the BuNo or the date of the photo. (Jim McCown was an Air Force bomber pilot in WWII and was a fire-bomber after the war. He makes an appearance in the movie "Always", in which he flew another of Schlafco's PBYs.)
