0102 (?) has half its trailing edge on the center wing section, and has (at least) its port outer wing panel and engine. While 0102 (?) and 0103 (?) are showing progress on their stabilizers, only 0103 (?) has the rudder skeleton installed. The sign on 0102 (?) says "Keep off Blocking[?]".

If these are the correct BuNos, then all of these planes initially went to VP-6F (later renamed VP-6, VP-23, and VP-11) in late 1936. Just before the attack on NAS Kaneohe (1941-Dec-07), they were transferred to NAS Jacksonville and NAS Corpus Christi to become training planes.
